They were offended by their lack of wages and promotions. In this regard, the pilots have complained that the company is not raising their pay nor promoting them.He has often demanded this, but the administrative system was ignoring his demands, which has led to his resignation. Earlier, it was revealed that the central government is planning to sell 100% stake in Air India. Not only that, the government had also planned to sell 76% of the partnership in its first term, but till then no one was interested in buying the partnership.
