Single use plastic  is banned on 55 airports

Following the appeal of Prime Minister NarendraModi, there is now a campaign against single use plastic across the country. These plastics are very harmful to the environment. It cannot be recycled for reuse. This is why it is called single use plastic. The use of such plastic has been banned in 55 airports in the country. The airport has 20 airports including Surat, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Bhuj. In addition, Aurangabad, Jabalpur, Belgaum, Jodhpur, Khajuraho, Leh are also included. Earlier, single-use plastic has been banned at Ahmedabad, Vadodara Airport.
